What are the care instructions for our yarn?

Super Wash Merino Yarn: This yarn can be cleaned in a washing machine, using cool water. I would lay flat to dry, but a dryer may be used at the lowest heat setting.  

What payments do we accept?

Payment can be made using any credit card through our PayPal Portal.

Do we accept returns?

 If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us! We will make every effort to resolve any issues.

Do we take custom orders?

​

We are happy to take custom orders for all types of yarn. If you can dream it, I will try to make it! Custom orders can take up to 4-6 weeks depending on the time of year. I will stay in contact with you throughout the process to ensure it is what you are looking for and update you on my progress.
